Conveyance, by lease and release, from James Furniss, late of Hathersage, button maker, and now of Sheffield, to George Morton of Hathersage, innkeeper, and Henry Cocker of Hathersage, needle-manufacturer, as trustee, of all that cottage in Hathersage with a garden, standing on the site of an ancient cottage and hemp yard and adjoining the Hough Crofts To the use of whomsoever Morton shall name in further deeds or by his will and in default thereof to other stated uses.
