Agreement between Thomas Broomhead of Hathersage, farmer, and the representatives of Henry Ibbotson, formerly of Sheffield but late of New York, deceased and John William Smith as mortgagee, concerning a right of way and from Moorseats or Car Head, of whi Cocker has used this right of way through the land of Thomas Broomhead for many years. Agreed that right of way shall be allowed upon payment of a yearly rent of 5/- 29 Jun 1850
