  <dc:title>Grant of debt reciting that Nicholas Bowden esquire was receiver for the County of Chester and City of Chester of the present given to the King by Act of Parliament of 1661 and became charged with £1,913 16s 6d as the money by him reserved within the County and City above, that there remains due £973 16s 6d, and now in consideration of £500 paid by John Dakin and William Gilbert of Derby gentlemen and of a discharge to the King for £10[7] 15s (half of £215), the King has granted to Dakin and Gilbert the sum of £973 16s 6d and all damages of 12% and interest due by reason of the nonpayment of the money received by Nicholas Bowden and of all lands etc which may be extended, seized or taken in execution for the money remaining due to the King</dc:title>
