Jonathan Bostock of Weston yeoman, whereby for £246 paid to 1. at 2.'s direction, by 4. for principal and interest of a mortgage and for a further £24 paid to 2. by 4. and for 5s paid by 3. to 1. and 2., a messuage farm or tenement in Aston heretofore in the tenure of Francis and Margaret Gough, then of Mary Fairebrother, now of Joseph Adams were conveyed by 1. and 2. to 3. to be a tenant to the precipe for suffering a recovery to the use of Bostock (party 4) Examined 16 April 1806
