Gervas Boot of Breaston, Wilne, yeoman, of barn in Breaston called the Tithe Barn with yard and buildings belonging, close adjoining on which the barn stands called The South Ryalls, containing 11 acres, tithes of corn, grain and hay and all other tithes from the barn and premises, for 21 years "in case" as in D779/E/9/1, at rent of £15 and £20 penalty for every acre ploughed without lessors' consent.
