  <dc:description>The case is that Samuel Holden esquire on 1 October I [William and Mary] at Weddinton, county Warwick, demised to the plaintiff 10 acres land, 100 acres meadow, 50 acres wood, in Wedinton, to hold from 29 September before for 5 years, that Siddon entered but was dispossessed by defendants.  The latter pleaded not guilty, confessed lease entry and ouster. Adderley owned the lands - Broad Fields and a 'copy'of wood ground called Wedington Wood in the manor of Wedington - and on 9 April 2 James II [1686] demised them for £400 to Samuel Holden esquire for 99 years. [May concern a mortgage].
