Trust properties: conveyancing and renovation This covers the buying and selling of the properties as well as some of the routine dealings with contractors on the projects. The files mainly consist of office copies of conveyancing documents (agreements, deeds etc.) and correspondence. Some files may contain estate agents particulars and other items of emphemera that were judged to contribute to the context of the of the files. The Trust also kept some property in its possession (notably 1-3 Greenhill); dealings with leaseholders of Trust properties are also to be found in this series.
