These papers were created by the Legal Advisor to the Trust who was a founder member in 1974 and drafted the Memorandum and Articles of Association for the Trust (see D6657/1/1-3).  As a partner of  a firm of local solicitors,  he handled the buying and selling of the properties and provided legal services for any court cases in which the Trust became involved.  The Legal Advisor  is a member of the Trust's Council of Management and has acted as the Trust's Secretary since the mid-1990s.</dc:description>
