Agreement between John Lovatt Thacker, gent., of Draycott, Joseph Thacker, miller, of Wiln Mills, Sarah Tillard, widow, late of Wirksworth now of Barnwell (Cambridgeshire), Thomas Arnott of Draycott, and William of Wilstropp, co-partners in cotton mill at Wiln Mills under agreement (1 Jan 1793) to divide profits from new bridge at Wiln Mills according to their shares in partnership [Recites agreement, [10 Oct 1793] to Rev Charles Holden of Aston of Trent regarding erection of bridge at new site including approach road over Holden's land. Joseph Thacker is to hold former rolling and slitting mills for 9 years at £33 a year, to maintain road from bridge to these mills and for 6d a year to take any number of wagons or carriages over bridge 31 Jul 1797
