  <dc:description>Old Webb LNWR tender on the spur at the top of the incline (see 17/2/39).  This photograph also most likely of the latter date of 24/8/65.  Note the central axle and wheels removed to enable the tank to negotiate the curvature of the rails at the top of Middleton and Sheep Pasture inclines.  (Note, Middleton Incline closed by this latter date of the photograph).  Tank No.18 was still in use up to 1967.</dc:description>
