Hopton Top The gradient board at the top of the incline 1:470, 1:14 situated on the north side of the incline, with the short spur that was added probably during the last century at the site of the filled-in former reservoirs for Hopton Engine (see 17/2/40). Substantial lead mine hillocks are in the field beyond the railway. 1967
