  <dc:title>Middleton Bottom</dc:title>
  <dc:description>The indicator wheel at the foot of Middleton Incline for communication with the engine house and operation of the incline.  Two of the letters "B" (Stand By) and "G" (Go) have been repainted.  The "S" (Stop) is barely visible at the bottom of the disc.  Note the chain and counter weight hanging at  ground level.  In the background the quarry face at Middlepeak Quarries is now considerably lower and further to the west.
