<dc:description>Some 3 months before closure of the incline on 3rd April on a murky day looking down the incline past the Pointsman's Cabin and the catch pit towards Cromford Goods. The wire rope by the wall on the left of the picture, runs up to the treadles at 100yards and 200 yards from the cabin which operate the gong on the cabin to indicate normal runs and runaways. The wire rope by the wall on the right runs from the indicator at Cromford Goods to the indicator inside the engine house at Sheep Pasture Top. Note old winding rope in the centre of the two tracks.</dc:description>
