<dc:title>Richard Arkwright of Willersley Castle, Cromford (1781–1832), grandson of Sir Richard Arkwright (1732-1792), industrialist</dc:title>
<dc:description>Manuscript history notebook containing notes about the history of England from 55BC to 1423. An accompanying piece of paper states that it is believed to have been written by Richard Arkwright of Willersley Castle, the grandson of Sir Richard Arkwright. The notebook dates from c1800-1, at which time Richard Arkwright was at university in Cambridge, which again indicates that he was the probable author. The notebook also includes the arms of the Arkwright family and two sketches of Pontefract Castle. </dc:description>
