  <dc:title>Draft conveyance by (1) James Samuel Hill of Tideswell, monumental sculptor; to (2) Alfred Hill of Tideswell, builder and contractor; - reciting an indenture of 20 June 1895 by which the Duke of Devonshire conveyed to James Hill, Rowland Hill, and the said Alfred Hill premises at Tideswell which were formerly known as the Old Meal House (situated adjacent to the Star Inn), as tenants in common, in equal shares; and reciting an indenture of 28 May 1902 by which the said James Hill conveyed to his son, the said James Samuel Hill, all his one third share of the said premises, in fee simple; and reciting an indenture of 15 Aug 1902 by which the said Rowland Hill conveyed to the said Alfred Hill all his share in the said property, in fee simple; and reciting that the aforesaid (1) and (2) have agreed to partition the said property and that by an indenture dated 25 March1904 (2) has conveyed to (1) his two thirds share of the part of the property coloured pink on the accompanying plan; - (1) hereby conveys to (2) all his one third share of the property coloured green on the accompanying plan, subject to conditions, in consideration of the above.
