Draft conveyance by (1) Eleanor Sarah Gregory of Alport, widow; and (2) Thomas Booth of Rochdale, Lancashire, and his wife, Marianne; to (3) Charles John Melland of Alport, commission agent; - reciting that the said Marianne and Eleanor were both devisees under the will of William Melland of Darley Dale, gentleman, dated 8 May 1826, and that thereby (1) and (2) each own a one fifth share of a messuage known as The Rock, situate at Alport, being formerly occupied by Samuel Bennetts but now by (3) the said shares are hereby conveyed, in consideration of £80 paid to (1) and £80 to (2) 15 Nov 1877
