<dc:title>Volunteer Wit or Not Enough for a Prime</dc:title>
<dc:description>A group of elderly volunteers in one of the City Militias sit around a table. They are all in uniform, wearing pigtail wigs. On the far left a man not in uniform says:
"Come - Gentlemen Volunteers - to the right and left - Charge if you please to the King".
At the end of the table, on the right, a man in uniform looks into his glass and replies:
"I should be happy to obey your Orders Colonel - but really your glasses are so small that d--n me if there's enough for a prime."
On the wall there is a poster giving instructions on how to get rich, and on the floor are pieces of paper marked 'A Penny Saved is a Penny Got' and 'Current Prices of Port'.
