They are watched by a smiling John Bull-like character in naval dress, who says: "That's right my Hearties drum away - Don't spare him - d___ me but I wish we had him along side of Bow Street Office, under tow of Master Townshend - I think it would go hard with him, at the Old Bailey!!"
