  <dc:description>Martha Hammond Wright, daughter of John William Wright of Eyam and Sheffield, and sister of James Farewell and John Wright, married Robert Thornewill, a lawyer from Burton on Trent (Staffordshire). They had three sons, the Revd Charles Francis Thornewill (born in 1841), Robert Thornewill (born 1843) and Arthur Thornewill (born 1852). Martha died in 1889. Charles married Elizabeth (Lizzie) Johnson. Their son Charles Johnson Thornewill married his cousin Dorothy Wright of Eyam Hall in 1955</dc:description>
