  <dc:description>Georgiana was the daughter of Evelyn Chadwick of West Leake, Nottinghamshire.  In 1770 she married Thomas Willoughby (1728-1781) who succeeded his brother to become 4th Lord Middleton in 1774.  She and her husband lived at Wollaton Hall, Nottingham; they had no children.  

In 1788 she married Edward Miller Mundy I with whom she had a daughter, Georgiana Elizabeth.  She died in childbirth in 1789.</dc:description>
