And that William should have, as lord, a moiety of the manor on the northern side, according to boundaries agreed: also 1 messuage and 1 bovate held by Nicholas Tirpoll; 1 messuage and half a bovate held by Stephen del Chambyr; half a bovate. held by Stephen son of Walter and the wife of William de Cheyt; 1 messuage and 5½ acres held by Robert Attegate; 1 messuage and 1 bovate, 1 “place” and 4 acres occupied by Robert Codus; 1 “place” lately occupied by John Newboltes; 1 messuage and bovate in Clowne occupied by Richard [–edbee]; homage and service of 20d exempted of half a bovate of Wardland held by Peter son of Egidius; service of 3s of 1 bovate held by Stephen de Chambr; service of 7s. 10½d held by Thomas del Mede in Ronmeley; service of 15d of lands held by Robert del Hull in the same; service of 10½d of lands of William Scoll in the same; service of 2s. 8d of lands of William de (blank) in Clowne; service of 2d of lands of – Shelley.
