  <dc:description>Shows Chatsworth House, the Pleasure Grounds, Stand Wood, Gibbet Moor, the north part of the Park, &amp; the area of the Park east of the River Derwent etc. Acreages, field &amp; plot numbers, some buildings, roads &amp; woodland  included. Schedule on left side giving tenants names, acreages held, &amp; sometimes allocating plot  &amp; field numbers to tenants. The old road from Chesterfield  to Baslow then within the Park is marked.  No date but presumably after the purchase  of the north end of the Park 1823-1825 from the  Duke of Rutland which is included on the plan. Also  Wyattville's North Wing of Chatsworth House is included. George Unwin's plan dated 1831 (property of the Chatsworth Trustees) includes similar information  but excluding the old Chesterfield- Baslow road, the fields, plots &amp; many of the buildings. Presumed date about 1828. Size of plan- 1.5 feet by approx. 1.75 feet.  A separate note on the reverse-" To Mr Harrison, Bakewell."</dc:description>
