  <dc:description>Col H Brooke Taylor was a shareholder and trustee of debenture holders.  The company folded in 1911 after a case of infringing patents was brought by  the Marconi Company.  There was an unsuccessful attempt to revive it as a syndicate called JBG Syndicate Ltd, later British Wireless Telegraph Syndicate  Ltd.</dc:description>
