A sale of furniture and personal belongings also took place in George Gooddie's former residence at Derwent Cottage, Rowsley, Derbyshire.  Papers also include title deeds for a number of the properties, including those in Priestcliffe, Derbyshire, Lever Street, Manchester and Rusholme Road, Chorlton upon Medlock.</dc:description>
