  <dc:description>Norman was serving in B Troop 352 Search Light Battery, Royal Artillery, stationed at Hoo, near Rochester, Kent in January.  In February he moved to Eastbourne with D Battery and in March moved to C Battery.  At the end of May he was sent to Trondheim, Norway, as part of the operation rounding up German troops.  He sailed back to Edinburgh in December and was then stationed at Colchester, Essex.</dc:description>
