  <dc:description>In 1568 Augustine Babington gave 20 shillings to be used for the poor of the parish of Normanton.  In 1926 there was a scheme to appoint trustees nominated by Normanton Parish Council.  In 1983 it was  amalgamated with the Municipal Charities.</dc:description>
