One moiety in trust for Mary Vernon for her life, the other moiety to Edward Vernon and Margaret his wife.
Dated 29 November 18th year of the reign of King James of England and 54th year of Scotland. 
Parchment sheet, with signatures of Edw. Bankes and Peter Broughton, with Broughton's seal on tag and Bankes's seal missing from tag.
