  <dc:title>Collecting and receiving rentals</dc:title>
<dc:description>Collecting rentals, also known as receving rentals, appear to have begun to be used at Sudbury in 1826. They were used on rent days which occurred twice a year on Lady Day (25 March) and Michaelmas (29 September) to record the rents collected from tenants. </dc:description>
