Articles of agreement made between Richard Hawksley of Woolley Moor in the parish of North Wingfield and Hannah Halton of Ford, whereby Hawksley assigns to Hannah, in consideration of £30, all interest and tenant right of lands at Handley. Hannah is to pay the yearly rent of £4 12s 3d to Lady Halifax, and £6 7s 9d to her son, Thomas Holland, if at the end of lease, Richard (or his sons Richard and George) repays the £30, then he (or they) have the possession and tenant right.
