This map is described in the Derbyshire Record Society's "A Catalogue of Local Maps of Derbyshire c.1528–1800" (compiled by Harold Nichols, revised by Mary Wiltshire assisted by Susan Woore, published 2012).  The description reads as follows:

no title [1734] Scale: of 10 chains [1:3200]. Size: 60 x 75 cm. Materials: coloured ink on paper. Centred on: SK3924 Notes: SE at top at top. Shows the  Great Pool, Charnells Park, Old Pool and some strips beside the Park: possibly part of another map.Location: original not traced; copy in: DRO, 369/Maps 16; DRO, microfilm M/721
