1) 17 named persons the freeholders and proprietors of land in Bugsworth hamlet and 
2) John Dixon of Oldfield, Taxall, Cheshire, yeoman, Henry Longden of Fernilee yeoman and William Carrington of Ashenclough yeoman. That the commons and waste lands (as above) in Bugsworth  now unenclosed shall by 1 May 1749 be surveyed, measured and allotted by Dixon, Longden and Carrington to the freeholders.  Refers to old inclosed land.  Further details as to mode of carrying this out and about fencing, roads and cost of inclosure.
