Bond from John Woderuf of Yeaveley near Ashbourne, son and heir of John Woderuf formerly of the same, to John Williamson, burgess and freemason of Chesterfield, relating to property in Beetwell Lane, Chesterfield in 9 marks 3 shillings 4 pence to be paid before the next feast of St Barnabas The condition (on reverse) is that John William will retain and hold a "meas" [?messuage] in Betewellane [Beetwell Lane] which John had bought from John Woderuf in a deed Dated 3 May 12th year of the reign of King Edward IV 3 May 1472
