  <dc:title>Marriage settlement by covenant and declarationof trusts.  In consideration of the marriage, Mary Hurt of Derby spinster covenants to transfer £3,700 Navy 5% Annuities into the names of Francis Hurt of Alderwasley Esq. and Sir John Borlase Warren of Stapleford Hall, co Notts.  Bart and Keats covenants to invest £2,300 in purchase of Navy 5% Annuities and to purchase annuity of £400 for Mary Hurt's life both in the names of Hurt and Warren, within one month of the marriage; Hurt and Warren to hold in trust as to the £3,700. Annuities to pay dividends to Mary, as to Keat's purchases to pay dividends to Keates, during their joint lives, paying all dividends to the survivor (except for the annuity of £400 - which will cease on Mary's death and will not be payable to Keats if the survivor); then in trust for the children; if no children survive, and Mary lives the longer all dividends to be paid to her, but if Keats survives her, dividends of investment of £2,300 to be paid to him, the dividends of the £3,700 as she directs in default of direction, to her next of kin.</dc:title>
