Agreement between John Goodwin Johnson of Fenny Bentley esq. and Sir Henry FitzHerbert of Tissington Bt. whereby Johnson releases all his title to a footpath from the Bentley Turnpike Road over lands of Sir Henry called Hinckley Close to and from Big Meadow. Dated 15 June 1848
