Lease and release (with counterparts) by Frances Perrin, William Philp Perrin, and Joshua Sharpe to George Chandler of St. George, Bloomsbury, esq. of plantations Plantations as in D239/M/E/16378-16380 to hold upon the following trusts: to hold Blue Mountain and Grange Hill for a term of 300 years limited to raise for Frances, if she so wishes, the dower to which she is entitled at common law in her late husband's estate in place of the annuity of £700 bequeathed to her; and to hold Vere, Forest, and Retrieve in trust for William Philp Perrin for ever free from any claim of dower. 29-30 Jan 1767
