Son William sole executor and friend; Robert Norman clerk and Christopher Wright overseers.

Bears the date “31 May 4 Wm and Mary” [1692]; the mark of William Wilkinson; a note of probate in Lichfield Court and a note at Derby 18 November 1692 at the suit of William Wilkinson of the parish of Barrow upon Trent.</dc:description>
