Further information: Accident was on 4 February 1958 and injury benefit was paid for two months then the Divisional Medical Officer's reports stated that arthritis, hypertension and tachycardia were causing disability and no longer the accident. Further medical evidence persuaded the Tribunal that 'the balance of probability is in favour of claimant's osteo-arthritis of the spine having been aggravated by the accident to such an extent  which naturally contributed'.</dc:description>
