Since accident 'working in granary, chopping fodder and preparing food for pit ponies'. Medical Board 10 January 1955 declared claimant fit for regular occupation of Colliery Stone Coontractor. Claim form states 'Owing to shocked condition and nerves unable to work underground'. No further medical eveidence was submitted to the Tribunal despite Mr Stone from NUM stating claimant was suffering from dizzy bouts and black outs.
