Collector's ledgers These volumes show the amounts collected from individuals on behalf of paupers - usually, of course, close relatives. Addresses and amounts to be paid are given. Correspondence pinned into the books has been extracted: this most frequently relates to reasons for payment or non-payment of money to the collector. 1906-1917
