Grant by John son of Hugh to Roger of Bolsover of all the land which he had in the assart called Godrich in Glapwell between the land of the Abbot of Darley and the assarts of the village, 1½ acres in Suthfeud [Suthfeld], ½ acre in Eastfeud, ½ acre below the hill and the whole of his land at Sortedoles. For this Roger has given John 20s and shall render ½d annually for the lights at the altar of St Mary of Glapwell [c1250]
