Letter from Joseph Gratton, Timberfield (co. Lincoln) to W M Shore Evans, esq., concerning the accuracy of his (Gratton’s) survey of ground which was advertised for the purpose of sale in 1844. There appears to be a dispute between Mr Evans and a Mr Pearson regarding the boundary of the land. Dated 4 April 1865
