  <dc:title>Papers relating to a dispute in Chancery between Edward and Francis Revell.  Robert Revell bequeathed his estate to trustees to raise money to pay his debts and to pay his daughter Frances £3,000.  The trustees sold part of the estate to pay the debts, reserving the coal upon it.  Frances Revell died soon after marrying Strelley Pegge who became entitled to the £3000.  Francis Revell, upon the death of his brother Robert entered the estate and pulled down a stable, coach-house and brew-house at Carnfield, felled timber, got coal and sold it.  Edward Revell as next remainder-man wished to have it sold to pay the £3000</dc:title>
