Agreement between William Woodward, agent to Charles, Earl Stanhope, and Hannah Baggaley of Stanton by Dale, widow - whereas the Earl has given Hannah notice to quit a cottage and 20a at Stanton, which she has refused to do and the Earl therefore commenced an order of ejectment against her - and whereas Hannah is desirous of saving the expense of the ejectment and has agreed to give up the ejectment - that Hannah is to quit the premises at Michaelmas next and that therefore the process of ejectment is to cease. 6 Jun 1798 1798
