Agreement between (1) John Smith, farmer of Bolehill, Wirksworth and (2) George Colledge, contractor of Cromford and John Williams Keene, accountant of Oldbury near Birmingham for (1) to lease the Stone Quarry under the field called Bailey Croft, Wirksworth For one year and then from year to year at an annual rent of £35 for 8400 tons of 2400 lbs weight to the ton of limestone to be sold off the premises. 14 March. 1871
