The original label on sheet 2 reads 'Wyver Farm and part of Lawn Farm by Mr Hicking' With later annotations to c1830, including notes in 1818 relating to the new Matlock road Surveyor: James Hicking Scale: [1 inch to 2 chains, enlarged from the original scale of 1 inch to 8 chains] This appears to be the draft for the plan under reference D1563/3. 1800-[c1830]
