Plan no. not recorded on the document, identified from Register of Plans, D1395/BP/1/2, entry reads "Proposed New Mill on the East Side of the Existing Mill. Premises at Belper for the English Sewing Cotton Co. The length of proposed building is 216ft, width 99ft and height of 95ft (internally) and comprises Ground Floor and Six Floors Above. The outlets for the drains are shewn into the sewer in Matlock Road. There are no disconnecting Chambers shown on the lines of drains, I consider that such ought to be provided and with this exception I beg to report the Plan as satisfactory".
