Agreement between the prior and convent of Newstead and Simon son of Hugh de Glapwell - the abbey releases to Simon all its claim to estovers in Bramley which they exact by reason of their manor of Routhorn [Rowthorn], in consideration of which Simon increases by 12d the ancient farm of 28d, saving to the abbey the homage of Simon for Bramley with relief, common of pasture and ward.
