John Bete of Gresbrok, to Alice the wife of Thomas Moumford of Kylnehyrste, daughter of Richard Bordehett of Denby, for the term of her life. All claims, etc., to two messuages in Rawmershe and Halghe and in a messuage in Loversall which John had of the gift of Thomas Moumford. Kylnehyrste, 12th March (Feast of St. Gregory), 1449.
