Description
John, son of John Bakester of Ecclesfeld, to John, son of Richard del Woyd. A plot of land, arable, meadow and woodland at Witwell (which descended to him after the death of Margaret Kent, his mother), lying between the land of Henry Koc on the west and the Moirwoid on the east, and abutting upon the Blackmoir at one head and upon the high road upon the Brestwelsik at the other head. Given at Witwell, 4th May [Ascension Day), 1307.
