DescriptionPhilip Sheldon of Stirrup (co. Notts), farmer, and his partners in the Town Gate Mine in Eyam agree to allow Elizabeth Trafford of Eyam, gentlewoman, one half of all discoveries she shall make in driving north or south of her shaft at Old Lane End.

Added, an agreement by John Thomas Wright to allow the partners to follow any vein through his Green Lee. 17th April, 1786.
